If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Complete the form below and we will acknowledge your request by email. You then have 14 days to return the goods; we refund within 14 days of receiving them back — or proof that you have sent them.

Exempt from withdrawal: made-to-order, personalised, and measurement-customised pieces, and cosmetics once unsealed.
